FURNITURE QUESTIONS

Q: Where do you get your furniture?

A: We source our furniture from around the globe to offer you the highest quality products at the most affordable prices. We work very closely with only the best manufacturers and spend a lot of time and resources finding manufacturers that meet or exceed quality standards.

Q: Why is your furniture so inexpensive?

A: Urban Loft sourcing operations are extremely lean and allows us to pass on savings to you. For example, we directly import the majority of our products our from around the globe eliminating middleman costs of storage and transport.

Q: What is your furniture made from?

A: The majority of our wood furniture products are made from solid rubberwood which is one of the more durable lumbers used in the manufacturing of today's home furnishings. We also carry a few products made from Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) that have proved durable and we do not sell products that are made entirely from particle board.

Q: Do you sell Pottery Barn®, Crate and Barrel®, Room and Board® or other similar Furniture?

A: We sell similar products to those seen at other designer furniture stores.

ORDERING & FINANCING QUESTIONS

Q: What types of payment to you accept?

A: We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. Checks must clear before order is processed.

Q: Do you offer financing?

A: Yes, we offer a no credit check financing plan. Please see our financing options section for details.

DELIVERY QUESTIONS

Q: How soon can I get my furniture?

A: 90% of our items are in-stock and can be delivered in 1 week or less. Custom, made-to-order furniture generally take 2-4 weeks depending of fabric availability.

Q: How does delivery work?

A:Delivery is a flat $80 fee for San Francisco residents. If you live outside of San Francisco we charge from $90-150 depending on location.

Q: Can you take away my old furniture when you deliver?

A: Yes, we can take away your old furniture. The fee for this service is $150.00

Q: What is included in delivery?

A: We deliver your items inside your house and place them in the room of your choosing. Assembly and removing of packaging materials is an additional fee depending on the item. Note, exceptions may apply for customers outside of the San Francisco Bay Area region.

Q: What items come unassembled?

A: The following items generally arrive unassembled:
Bed frames, dining chairs, dining tables, bookshelves, coffee tables, End tables, sofa tables, console tables, bar stools, desks, office chairs, Futons , bunk beds, kids play room sets, hallway tables

Q: What items come unassembled?

A: The following items generally arrive fully assembled: Dressers, chest of drawers, night stands, mirrors, lamps, Sofas, loveseats, sectional sofas, accent chairs, chaise lounges, Tv stands, armoires, ottomans, mattresses, convertible sofas, Recliners, Theatre Seating, buffets, servers, side boards, filing cabinets, benches

Q: What tools do I need to assemble the furniture?

A: All tools need to assemble products are generally included with the product. These tools include an allen wrench, screws and bolts. Some instances may require a screwdriver.

Q: How complicated is the assembly?

A: The difficulty assembling the product varies from product to product. Generally assembly is straight forward and shouldn’t take you more than 20 minutes per product.

Q: When can you deliver?

A: We deliver everyday of the week. Once an order is placed our delivery service will reach you confirm delivery date and time. We offer 2 hour delivery windows.
